This English version is provided for convenience. The binding version of these Terms is the Polish version available at /terms in the Polish language setting.

1. General provisions

  1. These Terms of Service govern the use of the naszprojekt.com website available at https://naszprojekt.com (the "Service").

  3. By using the Service you accept these Terms.

2. Services

  1. 3D editor (free, no registration) — design a house in your browser. Working drafts are stored only locally in your browser (localStorage).
  2. Account (free) — after registering (e-mail and password, or Google sign-in) you can save projects to the cloud with automatic saving.
  3. PDF export (paid) — a one-time fee unlocks the PDF download for one specific project: PLN 29 (Polish version) or EUR 7 (other language versions), gross, always shown before payment. This is not a subscription and does not renew. Purchasing the PDF export does not require an account.

3. Technical requirements

You need a device with Internet access and a modern browser with JavaScript and 3D graphics support (WebGL or WebGPU), cookies enabled for sign-in, and a valid e-mail address to register.

4. Account

  1. The account agreement is concluded upon registration, for an indefinite period.
  2. Provide true information and do not share your account with third parties.
  3. You may terminate the agreement and request account deletion at any time by e-mailing biuro@app4you.dev. Deleting the account permanently deletes the projects saved in it.
  4. The Operator may suspend or terminate an account for material breach of these Terms or unlawful activity, with notice to the user.

5. Your content

Projects you create belong to you. The Operator receives only a non-exclusive licence to store and process them to the extent necessary to provide the services (cloud storage, thumbnails, PDF export). The Service itself (software, graphics, model catalogue, texts) is protected by copyright.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by the external payment operator Stripe: when you choose to pay, you are redirected to Stripe's secure payment page, where you provide your payment details (and an e-mail address for the confirmation) directly to Stripe. The Operator does not receive or store card data. Stripe sends the payment confirmation to the e-mail given at payment — it is your proof of purchase. All prices are gross. PDF export is activated immediately after the payment is confirmed and applies only to the project it was purchased for. When purchasing without an account, the unlock is tied to the project and saved in your browser (transaction identifier); if you clear browser data, contact biuro@app4you.dev with your Stripe payment confirmation to restore access.

7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. PDF export is digital content delivered immediately after payment with your express prior consent; upon delivery of the PDF you lose the right of withdrawal for that purchase (art. 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act), of which you are informed before paying. Withdrawal from the free account agreement is exercised by requesting account deletion.

8. Complaints

Complaints may be sent to biuro@app4you.dev. The Operator responds within 14 days. Statutory consumer remedies for non-conformity of digital content remain unaffected.

9. Important disclaimer

The Service is a concept and visualisation tool. Projects, plans, dimensions, areas and cost estimates generated in the Service do not constitute construction or architectural documentation, are not prepared by a licensed architect and cannot be used to obtain a building permit or carry out construction works. All figures are indicative only. Building a house requires documentation prepared by a licensed designer.

10. Liability and availability

The Operator strives to keep the Service available but technical interruptions may occur. Export important projects regularly; local-only drafts (without an account) cannot be recovered by the Operator. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded towards consumers under mandatory law.

11. Personal data and cookies

Processing of personal data and the use of cookies and similar technologies (including Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel) are described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes and final provisions

The Operator may amend these Terms for important reasons; account holders will be notified at least 14 days in advance and may terminate before the changes take effect. Polish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of the consumer's country of residence. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution (consumer ombudsmen, arbitration courts at the Trade Inspection).
